How to check the product version?
- Open the mobile phone network, insert the firmware into the car USB.
- Connect the mobile phone to the WIFI of the product.
- Open your phone browser and enter 192.168.50.2 or 192.168.50.10 to view your version information.
Background page description:
Synchronous mode:Song lyrics and phone information are displayed synchronously on the central control dashboard. If it cannot be displayed normally, you can switch to this mode.This mode can be switched on some models that do not recognize the box.Note: After switching, you need to re-plug the box to take effect
Media sound quality:The default is DVD, if there is audio freeze, you can switch to CD
Media delay:The default is 1000, and the adjustment range is 300-2000 milliseconds. The lower the delay, the higher the requirements for vehicle performance and mobile phone network. Please adjust appropriately according to the actual situation. If there is no abnormal situation, it is not recommended to adjust
Start-up delay:It is used to solve the time difference between the synchronous start of the product and the car. If there is a situation where the product needs to be dialed after getting on the car, this value can be appropriately increased.
Frame rate:After the product is connected to the mobile phone, the frame rate of the synchronization screen refresh is normal. It is not recommended to adjust
Automatic connection:Turn on and off automatic wireless connection
Background mode:Used to solve the black screen after some models are connected. You can turn on this mode. After turning on this mode, the default is no longer Show UI interface
GPS:Set whether to recall car GPS data, if navigation drift occurs after connection, you can turn off this option
Fallback version:Click to go back to the version before the upgrade
How to upload logs?
- Open the mobile phone network, insert the firmware into the car USB.

- Open your phone browser and enter 192.168.50.2 or 192.168.50.10 to view your version information.
- Click "Settings" in the lower right corner to pop up the product background page, scroll down to find the "Feedback" option.
- Fill in the information "car model (brand)+model +years+Problems+version number" (Note: Send a screenshot of the log to the seller before submitting, and then click submit Log)
